A. Steven Raab
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Steven is responsible for the overall strategic direction of The InSource Group.
In 1995, Steven worked with the founder of InSource Solutions to begin InSource Project Staffing, which provided interim or contract technical staff to companies on a project basis. Later that year, the two companies merged to form The InSource Group.

He began his technical career at IBM, where he held various line and staff management positions in sales and vertical industry markets over a period of 17 years.
Steven has also been founder and president of his own custom home building company, Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Real Estate Lending for Champion Savings & Loan, and Executive Vice President of Real Time Financial Systems, Inc.
Philanthropic activities are an important part of Steven's personal life. For the past several years, his main focus has been Dallas Social Venture Partners, where he is currently Chairman. He has also served on the board and is a past chairman of Mothers Against Teen Violence and will join the board of The Dallas Institute for Humanities and Culture in September 2006.
In addition to philanthropy, Steven is keenly interested in geopolitics and world affairs and is active in the World Affairs Council of Dallas. He is also a member of the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center, and is a series subscriber to Arts and Letters Live, TITAS, the Tate Lecture Series and many of the other wonderful arts venues in Dallas.
