Mark Spear
Director of Recruiting
Mark is responsible for day-to-day activities of The InSource Group's full-time and contract recruiting team.
Over the last six years, Mark has fine-tuned outstanding recruiting and delivery processes for The InSource Group. In addition, he was instrumental in developing an internal recruiting software application, which enables The InSource Group to track and measure the effectiveness of its recruiting process.
Mark has more than a decade of experience in consulting and staffing services. Prior to joining The InSource Group, he contributed to significant growth in the Dallas office of a major recruiting company. With this company, he progressed through the ranks from a contract recruiter to director of contract recruiting, leading a team of ten contract recruiters.
Mark has served as a trustee for Mothers Against Teen Violence. In addition to building a proven recruiting process for The InSource Group, Mark built the house in which he lives with his wife and child.
Mark graduated from Texas Tech University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance and Accounting.
