The InSource Group History
- 1992
- Linda Dietrich founded InSource Solutions to help clients secure full-time IT resources and set a new standard for customer service in the industry.
- 1995
- Steven Raab, an executive with an international information technology consulting firm, joined forces with Linda to establish InSource Project Staffing to meet a growing demand for a flexible suite of IT resources including contract, contract-to-hire and full-time employees. The two entities soon merged to become The InSource Group.
- 1995-2001
- The InSource Group enjoyed growth of more than 50 percent per year.
- 2001
- The company merged with Wayne Rampey’s Acclaim Services, specializing in telecommunications and software engineering, enabling The InSource Group to meet the overlapping demands for IT and telecom resources.
- 2001-2004
- The InSource Group maintained profitability and growth during the dramatic downturn in the industry through its commitment to developing solid relationships with major companies that use technology in their day-to-day business practices.
- 2004
- James E. Thompson, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT resources and solutions industry, joined The InSource Group as Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership the company enjoyed substantial growth in 2005 and continues to gain momentum in 2006.
