One way that The InSource Group helps is acting as a co-employer for local philanthropies, giving their staff members access to health insurance through our plan. This program helps philanthropies stay competitive and provide employee benefits.
For 20 years, The InSource Group has been living, working and growing in the DFW Metroplex area, and recently has expanded into the Houston area. To focus our staff’s not-for-profit efforts, InSource partners with an organization called Entrepreneurs For North Texas (EFNT) that works with local companies and allows them to work together to have a larger impact and take on larger projects than any single such company would tackle alone.
Over the years, our employees have also worked with a wide variety of philanthropic organizations. This includes Communities Foundation of Texas through EFNT, Dallas Social Venture Partners, the Shared Housing Center, the Houston Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and many others. It is important that we support a spirit of involvement and capitalize on opportunities to make a difference to those around us in need of our assistance.
