The InSource Group, a privately held Dallas technology recruiting shop, grew its revenue at least 20 to 25 percent last year, to upward of $30 million.
And if January is any indication, 2013 could be a good year as well, according to James Thompson, the company’s CEO.
Helping drive the growth is a shortage of qualified technical types in a variety of areas, Thompson said in an interview Friday.
InSource opened offices last year in Fort Worth (in the first quarter) and Houston (September.)
“I’d love to be in Austin,” Thompson said, adding that he currently has no definitive plans to establish a presence there.
