An online automotive vehicle sales company was relocating to Dallas. While many employees were moving with the company, quite a few were not. This left the company with over eighty vacant positions that they needed to have filled rapidly. The InSource Group was brought in to help. We were given job descriptions for the open positions and asked to recruit highly qualified candidates to participate in a two day interview event that the company was hosting at a hotel in Dallas.
During this process we recruited many candidates, coordinated all of the scheduling and provided resources and expertise in hosting the interview event. We worked closely with the company’s leadership and managers to help generate a successful outcome to this project. The client desired to have these open positions filled over the course of 6-9 months prior to their relocation date.
The InSource Group submitted 133 candidates and had 25 interviews, as a result, for the initial event. Over the course of the next six months, we submitted 130 more candidates and scheduled 30 additional interviews. The client hired 30 people through The InSource Group, by the time they relocated!
