Dallas client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This is a contract to hire position.
Qualified candidate will interface across all levels of the organization, including internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Clearly define and communicate targeted functional solutions via functional design specifications.
Act as a liaison between business teams, support, development, DBA, and testing teams on system issues, enhancements, and projects.
Evaluate new functionality for improvements and clearly articulate implementation options to achieve optimum system performance and to streamline processes.
Drive delivery of incremental process or technology improvements while working on larger business/technology transformation/projects.
Ensure timely development and delivery of ongoing maintenance of NetSuite and provide 24*7 global support.
Leverage system and process expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues to drive resolution and determine root cause.
Coordinate and communicate issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, vendors, and business users as required.
Correlate related production issues and assess trends to identify broader improvement opportunities.
Drive, enable and partner culture of IT while providing quality customer service consisting of timely communication and commitment to resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current ERP technologies and technical developments.

Skills:
5+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite in a business analyst and/or systems analyst role, which includes working experience in solution design, testing, and implementation projects within a large, global organization.
5+ years hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing order-to-cash, multicurrency management, procure-to-pay, expense management, and other Accounting and Finance processes.
3+ years' working experience in complex integrated technology and business systems environments.
Experience with agile methodologies and service desk tools, such as Jira.
Ability to facilitate requirements and assist in driving business process improvement.
Ability to accurately represent requirements through documentation or visualization, such as Visio diagrams.
Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities.
Ability to coordinate a team of employees, vendors, and managed service providers to implement projects, enhancements, and improvements to NetSuite.
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with senior leadership, technical and business resources, and outside parties (customers and service providers).
Strong organizational and project management skills as well as ability to multi-task and understand priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities and effectively deal with ambiguity.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills displaying attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Information Systems or related field OR equivalent experience.
