Dallas company is looking for an HR Admin Assistant. This is a contract position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Assist with processing HR data transactions as needed Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives.
Complete unemployment claims for NTX platform.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
Complete verification of employment requests
Order supplies for HR Department
Receive, sort, and distribute department mail. Complete admin tasks to include photocopying, mailing, scanning, note typing and invoice processing.
Assures confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature. Performs other related duties and projects as required and assigned.
This is a 12 week assignment covering a maternity leave Worker will be able to work 2 – 3 days per week onsite and remaining days of week remote while in assignment.
Skills: JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
1 years' experience in human resources
Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience using HR software and HRIS database Workday preferred
