As a Sr. Managed Transportation Analyst, you will lead customer supply chain optimization efforts across all industries. You will be an integral resource for new customer onboarding and ensuring existing customers’ continued growth and success through analysis, research, and communication.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with new and existing customers, and internal teams to determine customer specific supply chain optimization opportunities.
• Lead and conduct data analysis projects creating continuous improvement.
• Create client metrics; identifying trends and variables impacting service, and creating and continuing to refine predictive analytics.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure best cost and service solutions.
• Lead customer facing and internal presentations.
• Develop clear and precise reports and dashboards using various reporting and software tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Provide leadership and training internally to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Perform regular tests to ensure data accuracy, and update and manipulate reporting and databases accordingly.
• Provide other job related duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 years of transportation experience (3pl preferred)
• 2 – 4 years in a Data Analytics role
• Proficient in Power BI and Tableau
• Prior experience with project management and CI methodologies
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
