We are seeking candidates for the position of Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Dallas area. In this role, you will be responsible for administering our Salesforce instances, managing business requirements and building process/workflows that meet the needs of our business owners from various departments that include Sales, Marketing, and Technology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform Administration
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, workflows, custom triggers and the Salesforce.com APIs is a plus.
- Follow Agile development methodology to drive and deliver functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops
- Technical writing and documentation experience a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Service Cloud, Community Cloud is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience with translating business requirements into technically implementable changes
- Salesforce Certifications – Administrator and/or Developer/App Builder is desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of changes on systems
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Be able to self-manage in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of both – Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic
Job Duties
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance
- Work closely with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and management teams to gather system requirements and business objectives. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and tickets.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility,
- Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes:
- B2C
- Manage and report on Events, Campaigns, Leads, Contacts, Sales
- Digital Marketing management (Pardot) Emails, Lead Conversions, Workflows, Processes
- Understand the connections between Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, and other SFDC objects; develop easier processes for the team to have data visibility and make data-based decisions.

- Management of Accounts, Contracts, Sales, Tasks
- Work with stakeholders to implement sales process workflows through Accounts and Opportunities
- Overall Attribution Reporting by Account and Department
- B2C
- Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader
- Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as: process builders, flows, workflow rules and approval processes.
- Help architect the overall system for use within multiple verticals, different business models, and various teams and instances.
- Support new user setup and training
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
- Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com use approval processes, lightning components, process builder, validation rules, data workflows and reporting
Statement of Supervision
- Salesforce Administrator will check in with Manager, Data Analytics on regular basis to provide updates and to report issues or concerns related to application development:
- Update task list periodically (on an as-needed basis) with up-to-date status updates using tools like Visual Studio Team Services, Agile Central, or any other project management tool provided.
- Provide feedback and corrective steps because of Code Review process for the development team to Incorporate and implement, may include optimizations and best practices.
