The VP of Business Solutions has overall responsibility for the Business Solutions used by our Clinicians, Clinical Operations Teams, and Corporate Functions. It also includes accountability and ownership for the interoperability with our Health Systems. Lastly, It will include building out an Automation COE so company can perform process/intelligent automation at scale.
They will partner with key stakeholders and steering committees to prioritize the capabilities and strategic imperatives needed to advance the business agenda. They will provide the organizational leadership to communicate the mission and vision and establish the strategic plan for the organization. They will own developing an actionable roadmap and formally define and execute ELT sponsored initiatives.
They will own and manage the relationships with the vendors who support the business solutions and ensure these vendors deliver against contractual obligations and meet company satisfaction. They will be responsible for staffing the team with the right individuals to bring the IT Business Solutions operating model to life and provide/ensure coaching and mentoring to the leaders and associates .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
• Develop and execute on strategic initiatives that are aligned with the strategic focus of the company
• Prioritize and defines the value proposition and ROI for projects
• Ensure proper business engagement, user acceptance testing and change management
• Drive overall application architecture & design to ensure flexibility, portability, and scalability of solutions
• Define and ensure business solutions meet the reliability, availability, and supportability service levels
• Drive application rationalization to reduce the cost and complexity of the application landscape
• Improve the monitoring and alerts so IT detects incidents before the business user
• Promote incident management and problem management discipline
• Owns the vendor relationship for software and services used to support business solutions
• Develop high performing, self-managing team

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
• Ability to develop strong relationships with and manage expectations of key stakeholders
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on-time, on budget in line with stakeholder expectations
• Experience with various development methodologies (agile, waterfall) & when and how to apply
• Strong organizational leader that can develop high-performing, self-managing teams
• Effectively prepare budgets/forecasts and manage risks and opportunities
• Ability to influence others through collaboration and building trust
• Ability to communicate with C-Level executives and physicians clearly and effectively
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in same or similar position
• 5 Years leading and developing organizations or multiple teams that need to work together
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Travel required: 25% to other states with company locations.
