A 25 year veteran in the staffing industry,15 years with The Insource Group. As the Director of Recruiting I am responsible all aspects of recruiting success for The Insource Group. This includes hiring, training, mentoring and growth of our recruiters who identify, qualify and deliver candidate solutions for our client’s critical requirements. I am constantly focused on the success and development of our recruiters and our recruiting processes through the creation of training programs, change management, new sourcing strategies, strategic planning and developing innovative recruiting techniques. Using a collaborative hands on approach I am an energetic leader who sets high goals and enjoys working closely with each individual to help achieve them. Provide daily, weekly and annual reports to the President on key metrics and initiatives.
