Well I get asked this a lot. I have been in the IT staffing industry for over 30 years here in DFW, and have been with The InSource Group for 13 years.
I work with my clients as a partnership, I treat it as though I work for their company.
I have a great working relationship with my hiring managers, we are friends outside of work, and if they ever decide to leave, they follow me where they go, bringing me on as an approved vendor at their new company. With all my years experience in the IT industry, I become highly sought after when a company is looking for a reputable Business Manager to assist them with staffing current and upcoming projects.
One of the many strengths at The InSource Group is we treat our customers and our candidates like we would want to be treated. We have a high degree of ethics, and know that the IT world is a small fraternity and you hear who the good guys are and who the not so good guys are. We have always, and continue to be one of the good guys.
My goal is to earn the respect of my hiring managers, I want to share my experience and knowledge of the IT market in the DFW area, including everything from understand the job specs, finding the right culture fit for your group, determining the correct salary range, and I am not afraid to let them know if we won’t be able to assist them on a certain job requisition, as I don’t want to waste their time if we can’t find the right match.
We are a metrics driven organization: we can tell by client and by technology where we are performing. We are relentless in trying to get better and how we can improve. These metrics are available to everyone in the organization, as we strive to always be the best.
